Send scanner alerts and scheduled report emails from a mailbox you own. Configure per-recipient alert rules that fire after every scan, plus timezone-aware periodic reports on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.

Key Capabilities

Customer-Owned Sending Mailbox

All emails send from a single mailbox you own. No third-party email service is involved, and the app registration used for email is separate from the StratoLens authentication app.

Two Sending Modes

OAuth Sign-In for fast setup, or Exchange RBAC for application-level send permission scoped to one mailbox with no token expiration. Modes are mutually exclusive.

Post-Scan Notification Alerts

Each notification rule defines a recipient list and a set of alert types. Rules are evaluated after every scan completes, with per-type thresholds so you only get emails for findings that matter.

Timezone-Aware Scheduled Reports

Schedule daily, weekly, or monthly reports that bundle detailed item-level tables and executive summaries. Each report type can use its own lookback window in a single email.

Per-Recipient Targeting

Configure separate rules for separate audiences. Send executive summaries to leadership and detailed findings to engineering, all from the same tenant configuration.

Email is tenant-wide

All notifications and reports cover the entire Azure tenant. There is no per-recipient subscription or scope filter. Recipients see findings for everything the rule's alert types or report types include.
